What we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Who we are
Legionella Guide is published by Transport Quote Compare Ltd, which is the data controller. Contact: hello@legionellaguide.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use a form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, postcode, the type of property and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from.
How we use it
- Template requests. We use your details to provide the download and to understand who uses the site.
- Quote requests. If you ask for a quote, we pass your details to a UK legionella specialist so they can contact you. We only do this when you ask for a quote.
- Updates. If you tick the box asking to hear about the full template pack, we will email you about it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your details for marketing.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent for update emails, and on our legitimate interest in responding to the request you made for everything else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@legionellaguide.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
